A document reviewing everything, point-by-point, describing what is working well, what isn’t, and what changes I recommend. This process includes testing how readable your resume is to applicant tracking software, and a look at your LinkedIn using LinkedIn Recruiter.
A checklist summarizing this advice to make the process of implementing these changes easier to digest.
A second look at your materials after you’ve made changes.
Unlimited access to email me with any other one-off questions that come up throughout your journey.

This is not:
Resume writing. Most likely, know your background, your industry, and yourself in general, better than I do. It’s my belief that you’re better off - both in the long term and in the end result - if you learn how to present yourself effectively instead of having a stranger do it for you. The end goal of our work together is for you to know what makes a strong application, instead of just handing you one.
Career coaching. While I can and will give some generalized advice, this isn’t an area of my professional life that I have much experience in. If you’re in need of advice that is more focused on strategy and big-picture roadmaps, I’d advise seeking the services of a career coach, and I’d be happy to make a recommendation.
In-Depth Interview Prep. While I can and will give some generalized advice, including a run-down of a typical interview timeline or the purpose of a phone screen, my experience here is limited. My services are focused on helping you secure interviews, and what comes afterwards is in your capable hands.
Compensation Negotiation Prep. Again, I can and will give some general principles, but anything more in depth is better explored with others more knowledgeable on this process.
